Before the redesign, Textio U was outdated, inconsistent, and often frustrating to use—a long-neglected part of the Textio ecosystem despite hundreds of monthly organic users. Once the full redesign of Textio.com was complete, I championed dedicating engineering resources to bring Textio U up to standard. I designed every page, UI element, quiz, and thumbnail, while managing development, coordinating additional resources, and working closely with our contract engineer to bring the experience to life.

We faced some creative limitations based on the capabilities of our platform, Skilljar, so we made compromises as necessary throughout our design and build.
