Role
Context
I overhauled Textio’s logo to match its bold shift into AI-powered performance feedback—replacing its dated recruiting-era mark with a distinctive hand-drawn Scribble inspired by the product’s interactive highlights. A vibrant rainbow gradient underscores the brand’s deep DEIB commitment, while a stronger, friendlier typeface signals the confident new voice of the company.

alternative logo variations
Examples include the standalone Scribble, the inverse primary logo, the single-color primary logo, and the special-case stacked usage.
updated primary
color palette
The previous palette spanned the same color families, but was far more subdued. To match Textio’s new logo and persona, I refined and brightened our color family.
A robust color palette is necessary for a product as layered as Textio, so each primary brand color has an expanded set of tints and shades to flex as necessary.
Typography
Iskra is our primary font, with custom Ally as the secondary.
Gradients
To amplify our refreshed color palette, I evolved Textio’s gradients and brand elements into a more dynamic, cohesive system. Each gradient is derived directly from the Scribble mark in our logo, creating a distinctive visual thread that carries the brand’s personality seamlessly across every touchpoint.
